Patient Services 

     Cahaba Hospice care plans encompass all the services, medications and equipment related to the patient’s illness. Our team assists with all physical care tasks including bathing, feeding, managing and administering medications, arranging and operating medical equipment as well as simple household chores, arranging transportation to doctors appointments and helping get financial matters in order.

     We offer continuous care in times of crisis, and Cahaba Hospice staff members are available 24 hours a day for emergencies. 

Bereavement Services 

     We have a certified LBSW grief counselor on staff to assist with end of life issues. We also have a full time chaplain available for families that need his services.
